We have created a program that is a 2 year on-the-job vocational training program where you rotate between the 4 different Production areas. You spend 6 months in each area of production getting to know each position and role. This gives you a well rounded education of the entire production process while keeping your job fresh, always learning something new. At the end of the 2 years you decide which area you want to work in becoming a mentor to new entries into the program. At the end of 5 years you then decide if you would like to renew your contract with Naked Factory or if you would like to venture out to other production companies with your new found skill-set and 5 years production experience.
